companion event The Companion Event will take place on Saturday night, May 10, after the classes finish in the main ring. This event is for all the Keeshonden who share our lives, babysit our kids and grandkids, run in circles in Agility, drop on command in Obedience, learn to “read signs’ in Rally, are encouraged to chase plastic bags in FastCAT, run the 4-minute mile in Flyball, swim with the fishes in Dock Diving, and bring us joy 24/7. It doesn’t matter if your dog is a couch potato or retired Diva, a naughty puppy or dignified retired champion, they are all welcome in this event. Rescues or Best of Breed, we want to honor the Keeshond you love. There will be prizes for contests, a bag of goodies, a personalized bandana for each dog and a catalog to remember the event where your dog is a STAR. First 50 entries are guaranteed a place in the “Companion Event Catalog,” so don’t wait until the last minute to enter. Any questions?
