Booking Your Room Rate: $129 per night + tax. April 24th, 2026 is the cutoff date on reservations to receive the National rate. Any reservation made past that date is not guaranteed to receive the club rate. Reservation information: You must call the hotel directly at 937-283-3200, option 3 for the front desk. Make sure to tell the clerk you are calling to book a room with Keeshond Club of America National Specialty room block.

Pet Fees Pet fees are a non-refundable $75.00 plus tax per stay. No more than 4 dogs per room. All dogs must be crated when guest is not in room, and plastic must be placed under the crates. Upon check-in, all guests with a pet in their room are required to sign our pet policy and agree to follow all the terms and conditions.
