Booking Your Room Rate: $129 per night + tax. Rooms will be availble for booking on February 2nd, 2026 and not before. April 24th, 2026 is the cutoff date on reservations to receive the National rate. Any reservation made past that date is not guaranteed to receive the club rate. Reservation information: You must call the hotel directly at 937-283-3200, option 3 for the front desk. Make sure to tell the clerk you are calling to book a room with Keeshond Club of America National Specialty room block.

Pet Fees Pet fees are a non-refundable $75.00 plus tax per stay. No more than 4 dogs per room. All dogs must be crated when guest is not in room, and plastic must be placed under the crates. Upon check-in, all guests with a pet in their room are required to sign our pet policy and agree to follow all the terms and conditions.
