If you want to pay via Zelle or by check online click the button for that option AFTER filling out the reservation form below. That will take you to a different form. PLEASE NOTE: PayPal convenience fees will be added at checkout as “shipping charges”. Don’t panic, those are the PayPal fees the club has to pay! ORDER DEADLINE IS APRIL 30, 2026 IF you will be attending, please be sure to fill out the RESERVATIONS form below FIRST to reserve your spot at the Top Keeshond Event, Welcome Party, and to reserve an Event Bag. Please only fill this form out ONCE. After you have entered your name and email address, choose the number to reserve for each item. When you are done filling in the form, click the “Submit Form” button. If the submittal is successful, you will see a “Thank You” message and you will receive a confirmation email from Jotform. Once you get the Thank You message, SCROLL DOWN to order your paid items. If you come back to this order page subsequent times, please DO NOT fill out the reservation form again.
