banquet and expo food info BANQUET After the 2025 National Specialty winners have been chosen, join us to celebrate a great week at the KCA Annual Awards Banquet on Sunday, May 11, 2025. This year, the buffet meal will be a North Carolina Barbecue for $45, which includes: • Entrees: Country Fried Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork • Hot Sides: Collard Greens, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese • Cold Sides: Red Bliss Potato Salad, Dill Cole Slaw with White & Purple Cabbage, Corn Muffins • Desserts: Chef's Selection of Assorted Desserts A cash bar will be open before and during the meal. EXPO FOOD Breakfast and lunch will be available from the Expo Center Kitchen on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, days when time for food is short. Along with other single items, breakfast and lunch combo meals will be available with a discount for pre- ordering. The Breakfast Combo includes a hot breakfast sandwich, a piece of whole fruit and coffee or bottled juice for $7.00 pre-order or $9.00 day of. The Lunch Combo includes a sandwich, chips, and soft drink or bottled water OR salad with protein and soft drink or bottled water for $10.00 pre-order or $12.00 day of. Pre-orders are available on the orders page or the premium list order form and can be used for Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday. The Crowne Plaza will distribute vouchers for pre- ordered combos.
